Soup alla barese
Instructions
In a large saucepan and heat enough oil down with finely chopped garlic.
As soon as this starts to tingle, add tomatoes, peeled, seeds and cut into large chunks, parsley, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
After just 5 minutes, along with olive sauce and the fish.
Cooking the fish course (must become completely white) helping you if necessary with a little water; shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 wide and thin slices palombo
- 750 g of ripe tomatoes
- 150 g of black olives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
