Instructions

Take the pot and fill it with 2 1/2 litre of water and add 3 tablespoons of vinegar and 2 teaspoons salt.

Cut into slices of onions, leeks, carrots and celery and put together in the water.

Bring to the boil over a medium heat and place the trout.

Let the whole thing on a low temperature heat for about 8 minutes.
