Trenette with nettles
Instructions
Peel, boil, squeeze and chop the nettles.
In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the chopped onion with a garlic clove, Diced Bacon, then the Basil and nettles.
To season well, add salt, pepper, add the cream and cook for 5 minutes, then skip the noodles cooked al dente; Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of parmesan and serve.
Note: Nettles lend themselves to many preparations; in town, you can buy from gardener, but it would be preferable to use those harvested in the countryside along the ditches, away from traffic roads.
