Spinach Pie (Tortino di Spinaci)
Instructions
Clean and Wash spinach freeing them from all the Earth; boil them with the only remaining Member of their water during washing and salt.
Once drained, squeeze it well and Chop fine.
Put the proceeds into a bowl and mix in the order, the yolk and the egg, nutmeg, cheese, raisins, pine nuts and pepper.
Butter a mold and spolverizzarlo of breadcrumbs; pour the dough well levelling; Sprinkle the remaining butter flakes and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, and once baked and served piping hot.
