Spinach Pie (Torta Salata Agli Spinaci)
Instructions
Beat the butter, having kept at room temperature.
Add one egg yolk, salt and crushed crackers in the right amount to get a soft compound.
Take a mold by 22 cm tart and spread the mixture on the bottom and on the edge.
Chop spinach and place these on the mould.
Add the grated pecorino cheese, cubes of provolone cheese and the sausage cut in slices.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Add the grated Parmesan and cream.
Pour the mixture over the spinach and place in hot oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 100 g of crackers crushed
- 50 g of butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of diced provolone cheese
- 1 frankfurters
- 200 g of boiled spinach
- 1 tablespoon of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 tablespoon of grated grana padano cheese
- 50 G = = Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
