Mushroom and potato pie (2)
Instructions
Grease the moulds from creme caramel and pass them with the bread crumbs.
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips.
Melt the butter and with a small brush spread two slices of potatoes, place them in the bottom, sprinkle with mushrooms, salt, pepper, other brush, potatoes stack then mushrooms, salt and pepper, brush, potatoes still mushrooms salt and pepper, finishing with the potatoes.
Add in each stencil a finger with milk and bake in hot oven, 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let stand about 10 minutes before unmould.

- 2 yellow potatoes
- 200 g of mushrooms
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 toe of milk
