Rustic pie of artichokes and potatoes
Instructions
Cut the artichokes well cleaned thin slices and put them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Wash and peel the potatoes, and cut them into thin slices.
In a buttered baking dish place a layer of potatoes on the bottom and cover with a well drained artichoke.
Sprinkle with grated pecorino cheese and thyme.
Add salt and pepper, sprinkled with half a glass of olive oil and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
Served almost lukewarm.

- 5 artichokes
- 500 g of potatoes
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Thyme
- Butter
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
