Rustic pie carrots and green beans
Instructions
Knead the flour with 3/4 of olive oil, salt, yeast, by combining 1/2 cup slowly with water until you have a smooth dough.
Let stand 1/2 hour.
Grate the carrots already washed and brushed.
Brown garlic in a little oil; let you braise the beans already cleaned, then the carrots; salt and spice with parsley and basil.
Roll out the dough on a greased baking and floured; put the filling and bake at 200 degrees.

- Yeast
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- Water
- 500 g of carrots
- 200 g of green beans
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Basil
- Sea salt
