Instructions
Form a dough consisting of amalgamating the flour, two tablespoons of olive oil, a little water and salt.
Divide it into four parts and let it rest, covered for about an hour.
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces and then boil it in salted water.
Allow to cool and squeeze the pumpkin in a bucket towel over a weight.
