Instructions
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, cover with milk and bake it until it is completely absorbed.
Beat eggs, pumpkin, embedding them also flour, baking powder, 90 g of melted butter and a pinch of salt.
Pour the mixture into a buttered Tin and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
When the cake is cold decorate with Walnut kernels.

- 50 cl of milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
- 100 g of butter
- 10 walnut kernels
- 2000 g of groat pumpkin
- Salt
