Instructions
Cook the spinach in salted water for 15 minutes and then mince.
Mix them with 100 g of butter, cream, eggs and pepper.
Grease a mould, foderatelo with the pastry, put in spinach and grated Parmesan.
Cover the pie with pastry, add salt and put in the oven for 25 minutes.

- 1500 g of spinach
- Short pastry
- 1 jar of cream
- Salt
- 2 eggs
- Pepper
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
