Instructions

Let dough thaw.

Clean the spinach and boil them, drain, strizzateli and saute it in a saucepan with the butter and garlic.

Let them cool a bit, mince, collect them in a bowl and malagamateli with the ricotta, eggs, cream.

Add salt and pepper.

Mix well.

With two-thirds of the pastry mould lined with butter, put the mixture of spinach.

Make a cover with the remaining dough, brush the surface with the egg yolk, bucherellatelo with a fork and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
