Tuna in sauce
Instructions
Marinate the tuna for 3 hours with wine, fennel seeds, salt and pepper; remove from marinade, make cuts into the flesh, stuffed with minced garlic and Rosemary.
Cook in oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
Sfornarlo, sprinkle of breadcrumbs.
Cut it into slices and toss with a hot sauce of anchovies dissolved in oil with lemon juice.

- 1 tuna from 1000 g already cleaned
- 1 handful of fennel seeds
- Garlic
- Rosemary
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Anchovies
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
