Tonnarelli with asparagus and gorgonzola
Instructions
Sauté the onion with the tips of asparagus, radicchio, salt and chilli.
Drain the pasta and toss in the Pan by adding gorgonzola.

- 200 g of type pasta tonnarelli
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of chili
- 50 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 20 asparagus
- 4 leaves radicchio
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
