Tonnarelli with arugula
Instructions
Wash the arugula, boil for 2 minutes, drain, allow to cool and dress with oil, pepper and salt.
Cooking tonnarelli al dente in salted water, toss with Arugula, sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.

- 400 g of type pasta tonnarelli
- 3 bunches of arugula salad
- Hot pepper
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
