Instructions
Thinly slice the potatoes and onions; make a garlic and chopped parsley.
In a baking sheet place a layer of tomatoes and onions; Sprinkle with chopped, salt, oil.
Cover with a layer of washed mussels, scrape and half open (open by hand and keep the liquid) mussels sprinkle cheese, aromatic rice and chopped.
Cover with cospargendole potatoes with the remaining chopped, salt, pepper and mussels filtered liquid.
Drizzle with oil and bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
