Gorgonzola tartlets
Instructions
In a bowl mix together mascarpone and gorgonzola until you obtain a smooth cream.
Add a sprig of parsley.
Add salt and pepper.
The small pastries filled with cream using a pastry bag that has shaped nozzle.
Garnish with the walnut kernel and a pistachio.
Serve immediately

- 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 200 g of mascarpone
- Nuts
- Pistachios
- 1 sprig of parsley
