Goulash
Instructions
Cut the beef into small pieces, well heated in a saucepan, add the lard and let meat Cook, stirring every now and then.
Peel the onions and the garlic cloves, finely slice them up and let them cook with the meat.
Sprinkle with the flour, stir well and cover with the stock of dice.
Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, cumin, sugar and sweet paprika and cook for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, Peel and cut potatoes, peppers and tomatoes into small pieces.
Add the meat and cook for 25 minutes more.
Just before removing from heat, pour in the red wine, stir well and serve

- 60 g of lard
- 250 g of onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 150 cl of nut soup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Marjoram
- Cumin
- Sugar
- Sweet paprika
- 250 g of potatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 glass red wine
