Black noodles and rose
Instructions
Cut the sweet potatoes into chunks.
Let dry chopped shallots with 3 tablespoons oil.
Combine sweet potatoes and let flavour.
Deglaze with the wine, add the puree and cook for 15 minutes.
Combine the cream, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the noodles al dente and drain.
Coat with the sauce preparation carefully mix and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles with cuttlefish ink
- 350 g of surimi
- 200 g of tomato
- 10 cl of cream
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 2 shallots
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
