Black olives
Instructions
To put away 2000 g black olives, you put in an airtight vessel with salt (100-200 g.
depending on your taste), 1-2 lemons sliced, some bay leaf and fennel seeds and will you leave a month stirring every day.
When they are ready, discard the herbs, olives, dry, grease lightly with oil (olive oil, of course) and put them in jars.

- 2000 g of black olives

- 2 lemons (slices)
- Some leaves of laurel
- Fennel seeds
