Instructions
Mince the Sage leaves and nuts.
Do a second chopped with Basil and black olives.
Make a third chopped parsley and capers.
Assemble the ricotta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Divide the mixture into three equal parts and merge the various chopped vegetables.
Put in the fridge.
Meanwhile, mix the pepper with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Make quenelles with ricotta, put them on plates and coat with this cream of peppers and serve with slices of bread.
