Cold noodles
Instructions
Wash, dry and chop a bunch of Arugula.
Halve the tomatoes.
Boil the noodles, drain them and pass them under cold water.
Pour into a bowl and toss with a little olive oil, Arugula, shrimp and tomatoes.
Irrorarli with 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix well before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of type noodles pasta
- 200 g of boiled shrimp
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
- 1 thread of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
