Spinach to salterella
Instructions
Cook spinach, drain them well and let them strizzateli, flavour for a few minutes in the melted butter.
Blend the eggs with the grated cheese, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a little nutmeg.
Pour the mixture over the spinach, raise the heat and stir until eggs are well.
Serve with toasted bread croutons.

- 750 g of frozen spinach
- Salt
- 100 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 50 g of emmenthal cheese
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
