Spinach to breadcrumbs
Instructions
Boil the spinach, drain, squeeze, chop coarsely and add them in a baking dish with half of the butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
Finely chop the Sage.
Put a frying pan fire with the rest of the butter, and when it is hot add the Sage and shortly thereafter the breadcrumbs it toast for a few minutes.
Sprinkle this mixture on the surface with a spinach and place in oven for 8 minutes.

- 450 g of spinach
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 5 leaves sage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
