Skewers at madera
Instructions
Place the meat in a deep narrow Bowl.
Add the peppercorns, bay leaf, crushed garlic and cover with the Madeira and vinegar.
Allow to marinate the meat for at least 3 hours, mixing occasionally.
Thread the meat cubes on wooden skewers and cook on the grill for 5 minutes for the wetting with the marinade.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of sirloin steak cut into cubes
- 50 cl of madeira wine
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 12 grains of pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
