Spianarelle with clams
Instructions
Wash and place in a pan the clams along with oil and bay leaf.
Let them open and eggshells privatel, keeping the cooking water.
Brown the cloves of garlic crushed with a little oil and remove them as soon as you will be golden.
Add the clams, soaked with wine, keepn add some clam water and, when it is restricted, add the chopped parsley.
Boil the noodles in boiling water, drain and toss in a pan with the clams.
Like spolveratele with chilli and pepper.

- 250 g of type pasta noodles
- 1000 g of clams
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Hot pepper
