Fragrant spaghetti
Instructions
Clean and wash the vegetables, slice the leeks and shallots and cut the carrots into small pieces.
In a Pan fry the vegetables including celery, with oil for 5 minutes then add the tomato sauce, the nut and 1/2 glass of water.
Cook the sauce over low heat for about 1 hour.
Cook spaghetti al dente, toss with the sauce and butter, combine olive paste, parmesan cheese, stir well and serve.

- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 500 g of tomato
- 2 tablespoons of black olive paste
- 3 shallots
- 1 leek
- Celery
- Carrot
- Nut
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
