Fragrant vegetables
Instructions
Clean the vegetables and cut into julienne (very thin sticks).
Melt the butter in a pan, add the vegetables, season with salt and cook to vivacious fire for a few minutes.
Add the citrus juice, let stand for a few minutes and serve.

- 4 zucchini
- 2 heads of belgian salad (endive)
- 40 g of butter

- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 orange (juice)
