Spaghetti with Tuna (Spaghetti Col Tonno)
Instructions
Do Brown the onion and the clove of garlic in a pan with a little oil.
Remove garlic and add the tuna after it fragmented.
Then add the tomato pieces, or lack of it of tomato paste diluted in a little water.
Add salt, add a strong dose of oregano and pass over low heat for about 30 minutes.
