Spaghetti with tuna (3)
Instructions
Peel and chop the garlic, drain the tuna and cut into large pieces.
Rinse the tomatoes and eggplant under running water and cut into cubes.
Cut the onion into rings.
Saute garlic, onion, Eggplant and chili oil in a pan not browned.
Combine the tomatoes and sauté for 1 minute.
Boil a pot of salted water.
Lessarvi spaghetti for about 6 minutes.
When cooked, drain and pour into the pan with the tomatoes.
Combine tuna, chopped, salt and pepper.
Heat and sautee for 1 minute.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 280 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 chili
- 1/2 eggplant
- 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs (thyme and basil)
- 100 g of tomatoes
- 30 g of scallion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
