Heat half glass of olive oil and add chopped garlic and parsley and the squid well washed.
After a few minutes add the wine and water and bring to boiling.
Cook the shrimp, which you already shucked, water and a knob of butter.
Do all the water is evaporated, add the cognac and flame.
Add the squid and add salt and pepper.
Cook spaghetti al dente and toss with the sauce.
