Spaghetti Alle Zucchine Trifolate/Mixed
Instructions
In a large skillet heat the oil and when hot, add the garlic and zucchini.
Turn up the heat and stirring often supplemented their cooking.
Should be crisp and Golden outside and tender inside.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and sauté it with Zucchini, chopped Basil and Parmesan.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 700 g of zucchini sliced thin
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Some leaves of basil
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
