Flan of sole
Instructions
Finely chop the smoked trout, sole, fillets 2 garlic peeled and parsley, washed away and washed.
Mix well, then add the egg, cream, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Butter a baking sheet of 20 cm in diameter, foderarla with the remaining fillets of sole making them adhere to the edges and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour on the cream prepared fillets and fold on the same sole fillets around the edges.
Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 8 fillets of sole
- 1 smoked trout fillet
- 1 egg
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 10 cl of cream
- 1 clove of garlic
