Flan of swiss chard
Instructions
Boil the beets with the chili a finger of water.
Squeeze well and chopping minutely.
Mixing with cheese, bread crumbs, 2 yolks, salt.
Beat the egg whites until foamy and incorporate the mixture.
Anoint with oil non-stick mould and put onto the breadcrumbs.
Pour the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 800 g of beets
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Hot pepper
