Flan of thistles
Instructions
Remove the filaments and wash the Thistles in salted water with lemon.
Cut them into pieces and boil them in salted boiling water.
Finally add the water a glass of milk.
Drain them and put them on the fire with a little butter, nut and 1/2 glass of milk.
Let them flavor, sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli.
Prepare a bechamel with 60 g of butter, flour and the remaining milk, add the Parmesan cheese and when it cooled add the egg.
Mix the cardi to bechamel, grease a mould, flour it lightly, add the mixture of thistles and passed in hot oven for about 20 minutes.
