Potato pudding and green beans
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into touch.
Boil them with green beans in vegetable stock and processing them.
Braise the chopped onion in the oil; embed the mashed potatoes and green beans, even chopped garlic and parsley, eggs, parmesan, salt, pepper.
Put the mixture in an oiled baking dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs and Bake 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
