Instructions

Boil the potatoes, peel them and pass them through a sieve.

Work the potatoes with beaten eggs, milk, parmesan cheese, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Grease a mould, pour the mixture, Cook in the oven in a Bain-Marie and serve hot.
