Puff-Pastry of Apples Renette
Instructions
Sauté the apples into small pieces with butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Add the raisins soaked in marsala and cool.
Roll out the dough, divide it into 2 parts and brush with the egg mixed with milk.
Put the filling in the Center.
Put on the other sheet, brush again and bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve with cinnamon.

- 2 apples
- 250 g of puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 tablespoon of sultanas
- Cinnamon
- Marsala wine
