Puff-Pastry with Asparagus
Instructions
Boil the asparagus and cut into pieces.
Beat the eggs, add the cream, cheese, salt, nutmeg and asparagus.
Coat a baking pan with the pastry, cover the bottom with the slices of ham and pour in the mixture.
Bake in hot oven to 200 degrees and serve the cake lukewarm.

- 500 g of puff pastry
- 1000 g of asparagus tips
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of cooking cream
- 50 g of grated gruyere cheese
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- 100 g of ham
