Chop onion, carrot, celery and parsley and season all over with the oil.
As soon as the mixture takes squid United color clean, washed and cut into pieces, add salt and pepper and stir carefully to make good seasoning the fish.
When the cuttlefish is well browned add boiled and chopped spinach and cook 1/2 hour: cuttlefish should be soft.
