Cuttlefish with artichokes
Instructions
Saute the garlic, anchovy and pine nuts in oil.
Add the cuttlefish and brown them for a few minutes; Sprinkle with the flour and add the white wine.
Continue cooking until a proper softness of cuttlefish.
Add the artichokes, cut into wedges and kept in acidulated water (water and lemon); Finally, add the chopped parsley.
