Beef steaks with mushrooms
Instructions
In a pan put half of the butter melts, add finely chopped shallots and when did it become transparent add the sliced mushrooms.

Nappate with hearty mushroom sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 4 slices of beef tenderloin
- 4 bread crostoni
- 60 g of butter
