Beef steaks with balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Keep aside a small knob of butter and, in a pan, let it warm up the rest along with the oil.
Arrange in pan, cook steaks over high heat for a few minutes on both sides, add salt when cooked, put them on the serving dish and keep warm.
In the sauce flavored chopped shallots, add the knob of butter and leave to thicken slightly.
Add the balsamic vinegar, stir quickly, withdrawn from heat and pour the hot sauce over the steaks.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

- 4 slices of roast beef steak
- 30 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 shallot
- 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
- Parsley
- Salt
