Scampi curry sauce
Instructions
Fill a large pot with water, immerse the odorous pile (parsley, thyme), add, if you will, a carrot and onion, bring to a boil.
Lessatevi shrimp for 5 minutes, drain them and sgusciateli.
Let melt In a pan a large knob of butter and insaporitevi finely chopped shallots.
Add a teaspoon of curry powder, stir, pour in the wine and let reduce by half.
Add the cream, a pinch of salt and pepper, mix well.
Arrange the shrimp on a warm serving dish, spray them with lemon juice, cover with the sauce.
Serve.
Accompanying wines: Sauvignon DOC Friuli Latisana, Velletri Bianco Superiore DOC, Gravina DOC.

- 20 scampi
- 2 shallots
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- 10 cl of cream
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- Lemon juice
- 1 odorous pile (parsley, thyme)
