Scallops with sauce
Instructions
Heat half the butter in a pan and fry the slices.
Season with salt and remove the meat from the fire.
Arrange on each slice a slice of prosciutto and a leaf of Sage.
Cook the tomato paste with the rest of the butter for a few minutes.
Add the scallops to the sauce and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

- 8 slices parma ham
- Sage
- 200 g of tomato
- 50 g of butter
- Salt
