Scallops with tomato sauce
Instructions
Flour the slices of meat.
Prepare a mixture with the onion, carrots and saute, then add the meat and Brown, add the wine and let evaporate.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
