Sautéed with orange
Instructions
Remove artichokes from all the toughest leaves, stems and tips.
Divide them in half, remove the Hay, reduce it into wedges and immediately immerse them in a pot filled with cold water acidulated with lemon juice.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Bring to the boil and cook the artichokes lively flame for 4 minutes.
When done, drain them well and keep them aside.
Rinse the shrimp under running water, drain them, dry them and let them cook for a few minutes to lively flame in a large frying pan with a tablespoon of oil.
Add the artichokes, some orange zest and stir.
Sprayed the preparation with 2 tablespoons of orange juice, add salt and pepper and remove from heat after a few minutes.
Spread the chopped parsley on the preparation, add a little olive oil and serve.
