Instructions

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into fairly regular dice.

In a skillet heat oil and butter fairies along with two cloves of garlic.

Dry the potatoes in a towel, put them in the Pan and cook on moderate heat for half an hour, until the potatoes are well browned.

Add salt.

Stir gently every now and then.

When cooked, add the parsley and stir gently again.

Serve immediately.

Remember that parsley should not cook.
