Instructions

Cut into very thin slices and cook the onions in a little butter.

Add the white wine, seasoned with salt and pepper and let it shrink.

When the onions are cooked pass through a sieve.

Add the white sauce and the cream and mix all on fire.

Ideal for boiled fish, boiled vegetables and poached eggs.
