Instructions
In a bowl diluted mustard with vinegar, then add the oil, the anchovies, pepper and salt.
Mix and let stand in a cool place.
Advisable on boiled cauliflower.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 g of olive oil
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
- Salt
- Pepper
